Gated Communities

The Gardens: Bobby Ginn’s newest destination resort, now selling homesites at pre-construction prices. Many incentives are offered and fees for amenities waived if you buy now. Located south of Route 100 on the east side of John Anderson. An intracoastal and golf course community.

Grand Landings: A Grand Club community. Developed by Landmar Corporation. Currently in the preconstruction stage. Accepting place-holder reservations for the initial sale of property planned for opening sales event, to be held in April/May 2007 time frame. Call for more information.

Beach Haven
: Luxurious beachside community located between the Intracoastal waterway and A1A in The Hammock, just south of Marine Land. In the very beginning stages of development. Homesites for sale.

Canopy Walk: A gated condominium community in the resort area of Palm Coast, on the intracoastal waterway, with a club house and pool. Units can be rented like hotel rooms, nightly, weekly, monthly.

Cinnamon Beach: An oceanfront community with 111 homesites and 275 condominiums. Amenities include two swimming pools and clubhouses and an opportunity to join the Ocean Hammock Golf Club designed by Jack Nicklaus. All homesites have beautiful views of the ocean, fairways or interior lakes.

The Conservatory at Hammock Beach: A private 18 hole hole golf course community with 340 homesites. The golf course, designed by Tom Watson, is now open for play. The Senior PGA Champion Tour took place March 26-April 1, 2007 at the Ocean Hammock Resort golf course, now part of the Ginn Club Destination Resort complex. A spectacular Clubhouse is planned complete with a nature conservatory encased in glass and featuring a variety of exotic plant life.

Flagler Beach Polo Club: An equestrian community on the intracoastal and Bulow Creek.

Grand Haven: A private golf course community on the intracoastal. Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus. Amenities include the Village Center with pool, exercise facility, restaurant, croquet and tennis courts; the graceful Country Club overlooks the Intracoastal River. Also available to residents are walking and biking trails, park path along the intracoastal. House styles range from maintenance free patios homes to custom homesites.

Hammock Beach Estates: A small oceanfront and oceanside community. While only the oceanfront street is gated, all homes and homesites are within walking distance to the beach. Comes with two community beach walkovers and a community pool.

Hammock Beach: A luxurious oceanfront and destination resort community. The Club at Hammock Beach is one of the most lavish in the nation. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, spa and fitness center, restaurants, piano bar, golf course and 9 hole putting course. A variety of housing is available ranging from single family, condos, and villas.

Hammock Dunes: A luxurious oceanfront community with many amenities including two 18 hole golf courses – the ocean links course designed by Tom Fazio and the Creek Course designed by Rees Jones. An elegant clubhouse with many amenitie overlooks the 1.5 miles of private beach and ocean. The community includes Island Estates, a 2-mile long island located along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Hammock on the River: A small gated community of 9 homes and homesites, 3 directly on intracoastal. Each homesite has its own private dock on the intracoastal.

Lakeside at Matanzas & Surf Club: Single family residences and condos with many amenities on the beachside of Palm Coast.

Marina Cove: A gated condo community on the salt water canal and intracoastal.

Marina at Yacht Harbor Village: Located on the Intracoastal Waterway and offering 209 boat slips with a full service Marina. Single family homes and homesites are available as well as condominiums. Homeowners will have the opportunity to join The Club at Hammock Beach and the Ocean Hammock Golf Course.

Ocean Hammock: This community is designed around the Jack Nicklaus golf course with 8 holes that overlook the ocean. Amenities include a clubhouse called The Lodge that has 20 guest rooms, pool and gynasium. The Atlantic Grill restaurant, is open to the public and offers spectacular views of the ocean from its wrap around balcony.

Palm Coast Plantation: An intracoastal and lakeside community. Lots on the intracoastal are available from the mid $400,000’s. Lots on the Lakes and preserves start in the high $100,000’s. Re-sale homes are available for purchase as well.

River Gate: Located in the community of Lehigh Woods in Palm Coast, this single family gated community has 165 homes, over half of which are on water-view home sites. Amenities include a community pool and cabana with sundeck. Prices for homes start in the low $200,000’s.

River Oaks: A small community of 22 homesites in the Hammock on the beachside of Palm Coast.

The Sanctuary: Homesites on the intracoastal and saltwater canals.

Sea Colony: A picturesque community with New England style cottages on the beachside within walking distance to the ocean.

Shelter Cove: This boating community is located on the beachside of Palm Coast in Beverly Beach. Most homesites are on the intracoastal, bulk-headed salt water canals, or a preserve and have ocean and water views. Visit web site.

Tidelands: An Intracoastal community surrounded on three sides by water. In the planning are two community pools, clubhouse with fitness center, game rooms and bistro. A variety of home are available – single family, condos, townhomes, and villas.

Wild Oaks: Grand Haven’s newest community. Larger homesites than in Grand Haven, very natural settings.
